Your mall reports in ChatGPT or Claude
How it works
When available, copy the server address from Vintique Settings → AI assistant. Add it as a custom connection in an assistant that supports remote MCP, the standard for requesting reports.
Sign in to Vintique and approve read-only access. Your assistant's workspace owner may need to allow custom connections. The sign-in flow does not require you to paste an API key into a chat.
Select Vintique in your conversation and ask a specific question with dates or a booth number. Review the report behind the answer before making a business decision.
Reports you will be able to ask about
- Daily, monthly, and annual sales summaries
- Dashboard totals and historical trends
- What sells: categories, price bands, and top items
- Dealer performance and individual booth details
- Statement totals and recorded payout history
- Monthly rent billed, paid, and outstanding
- Inventory age buckets and up to 100 oldest items
- Transaction lookup by receipt ID
- Booth directory and mall profile
- Year-end dealer 1099 totals for review
Questions worth asking about your mall
Example prompts for when connections become available. Replace the dates and booth number with yours, and ask the assistant to identify its report sources.
Understand a sales change
“Compare August with July 2026. Show net sales after returns and which booths account for the biggest changes.”

See what earns its shelf space
“Which categories and price bands brought in the most net sales during August 2026? Suggest three questions for my dealers.”
Turn what-sells reports into a buying discussion. Suggestions come from the assistant; the sales figures come from your reports.
Prepare for a dealer conversation
“Summarize booth 11's August sales, statement totals, and payout history. Draft a short agenda for our next conversation.”
Bring performance and recorded payments together. The assistant can draft an agenda; it does not send it or record a payout.
Review outstanding rent
“Read the September 2026 rent roll and list outstanding amounts by booth. Tell me if that month has not been opened.”
Make a follow-up checklist from existing charges. Reading a rent report never creates or collects rent.
Find stock worth a closer look
“Show booth 11's aging inventory and the oldest items returned. Which should I inspect first?”
Review age buckets and a limited oldest-items list. This is a starting point for a floor walk, not a complete inventory export or a price change.
Get ready for the morning meeting
“Summarize yesterday's sales and payment mix in five bullets. Name the reports and separate facts from suggestions.”
Ask for a fresh report when you need updated numbers. You can turn the answer into a table or outline in your assistant.

Can I connect ChatGPT or Claude today?
Not yet. Vintique's connection is coming soon, planned for Growth, Unlimited, and Pro. Setup will use a custom MCP connection, not a promised listing in either provider's app directory. Your assistant account and workspace policy must allow it. Availability and setup instructions will appear in Vintique Settings and Help.
What data will the assistant receive?
Selected reports from the mall you authorize, including dealer and staff names, item descriptions, and void notes. Structured contact details, taxpayer IDs, shopper identity fields, and payment credentials are excluded, but free text may contain personal information. Results go to your chosen AI provider, so review its data and sharing settings. You can revoke future access in Vintique; that does not erase past conversations.
Can it change records or connect all my other systems?
This Vintique connection is read-only. It cannot ring sales, issue refunds, collect rent, record payouts, edit inventory, send dealer messages, or file tax forms. It supplies selected reports rather than unrestricted database access or automatic synchronization. Your assistant can help compare returned figures with other material you choose to provide. AI answers can be wrong; verify decisions against Vintique.
