Is there a Chrome extension and how do I install it?
Yes — every plan includes our Chrome side-panel extension. You download a small ZIP from /extension, unzip it, turn on Developer mode at chrome://extensions, click Load unpacked, and pick the folder. The /extension page has the full step-by-step walkthrough plus sign-in and troubleshooting notes. Once installed, right-click any image on the web for a comparable-listings price suggestion straight from your Vintique workspace.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 45-day free trial. You won't be charged until day 46, and you can cancel any time before then from your Settings page.
What counts as an active vendor?
An active vendor is a booth owner account that isn't archived. Plan limits are based on the number of active vendors in your mall; archived vendors don't count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
What happens after the trial ends?
On day 46 your card is charged for the plan you picked at signup and your subscription renews. If you cancel before day 46 you won't be charged at all.
Do you charge per transaction?
No. Vintique is a flat subscription — there are no per-sale or per-transaction fees from us. Vintique is record-keeping only and doesn't process card payments, so card processing fees are handled entirely by your existing payment system.
Monthly vs. annual — what's the difference?
Annual billing gives you one free month — pay 11 months upfront and get the 12th free. You can switch between monthly and annual any time from Settings → Billing; Stripe prorates the change.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Billing in your mall and click Cancel. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and then ends with no further charges.
How do storewide and per-booth sales work together?
Run a storewide percent-off (say, 10% off everything for Memorial Day) and let individual booths set their own sale percent at the same time. The register stacks them in the right order automatically — vendor sale first, then storewide, then any cashier discount — and breaks each layer out separately on receipts and reports. Available on every plan.
What is the store layout sandbox?
A drag-and-drop floor planner driven by your real sales data. Sketch the mall, drop booths into spots, and see projected revenue impact before moving anything in real life. Useful for rotating power booths, planning a renovation, or onboarding a new vendor into the right corner. Included on every plan.
What is the drafts queue?
Whether a vendor uploads a photo on the web or you paste a marketplace URL, every new find lands in one combined Items workflow as a draft — with a price suggestion already attached. Confirm or edit the price, assign a tag number, and it flips to active inventory.
