Your legal business and trading names, business address, contact and ownership details, approximate monthly card sales, average sale and current reader model. The secure application will ask for the required identity, tax and bank information.
Enter private information only in the designated application fields or NMI's secure process. Please do not email card numbers, bank details, passwords or identity documents.
Step 1 of 4
Choose the setup that fits your mall
Keep your current processor, ask us to check a connection, explore Vintique Partner Payments, or decide later while you set up the rest of your mall. Software billing and card processing are separate.
Ready for the next step: You know which terminal will take payments and who handles its processing.

Prepare your processing account
For Vintique Partner Payments, review the written rate, processing agreement and equipment terms, then complete one merchant application. Already applied through NMI? Ask us to connect that application instead of starting another. Keeping your own processor? Use your terminal separately or request a connection review; we will confirm your account, hardware and any connection costs.
Ready for the next step: Your Vintique Partner Payments application is submitted, or your existing processor is ready to keep serving customers.

Check the reader and complete checkout
Once processing and supported hardware are ready, arrange a supervised payment and reversal check with Vintique. Check the reader at each station, the approved amount and the saved sale. Approval alone does not connect a terminal or confirm a bank deposit.
Ready for the next step: The correct reader, saved sale and final reversal all agree.

Open the lane and review the first day
Show staff how to finish an approved sale and pause when a result is unclear. Compare the processor's transactions with Vintique, then check settlement and bank deposits separately. Keep your existing setup available until the replacement is verified.
Ready for the next step: Your staff know the checkout procedure and who will resolve any difference.

Need to stop and come back?
In Vintique, use Finish setup or Settings → Setup checklist. For an application started in Vintique, Save and finish later keeps your business answers. Private details you have not sent must be re-entered when you return. Resume from Settings → Payments and check the existing status before submitting again.
If you keep your own processor, use its terminal separately or ask us to check a connection. Review timing and supported hardware vary; we'll confirm the next step for your account.
